The black Disk of the Moon can be seen in the lower right Corner of the image.

Solar flares are powerful Foci of Radiation. Harmful radiation, by a flare cannot pass through earth’s Atmosphere and physically affect the People on the ground, but if You have intense enough — You disturb the Atmosphere in the Plain, where GPS and Communication Signals Travel.
